Our coaching services are available online to clients anywhere in the world.

Do you offer in-person training?

We offer in-person training to an extremely limited number of clients. In-person training is available in Chilliwack, British Columbia only.

How does Online Training differ from Personal Training?

You may be surprised to learn that clients often get BETTER results with Online Training than they do with Personal Training. This happens for a number of reasons:

  • Greater Scheduling Flexibility - you’re not limited to your coach’s calendar availability in order to get your workouts in. We provide you with the workouts and then you perform them at a time that is convenient for YOUR schedule.

  • Comprehensiveness - while most Personal Trainers only offer workouts, our Online Training program also includes Nutrition Coaching and Lifestyle Management as part of the service, thus covering all facets of life that impact your ability to get the best results possible.

  • Support - Instead of only having access to your coach during your scheduled sessions, Online Training provides the opportunity for more frequent touchpoints to ensure you’ve got both the clarity and accountability you need to reach your goals

  • Reduced Cost - Let’s be honest, Personal Training can be cost-prohibitive for a lot of people. People who attend Personal Training sessions 3-4x/wk often spend between $350-$500/wk to do so and that usually does not include nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
Online Training, on the other hand, typically costs about the amount of 1 (one) Personal Training session per week and includes EVERYTHING you need to be successful.

How much does online training cost?

The cost of Online Training can vary depending on the duration of your commitment and the amount of 1-on-1 support you’re looking for, however, the investment is typically similar to the cost of 1 (one) Personal Training session per week in most metropolitan markets.

Do I need a gym membership?

The short answer is that - for best results - you will need access to a gym or a decent amount of home exercise equipment. While we can certainly design a “bodyweight-only” or “limited equipment” program, your results may become limited without access to a more comprehensive setup.

At a minimum, we recommend access to exercise bands and something like a TRX Suspension Trainer.
