    “I worked with Sean for a number of years, including when when I was preparing for Ironman 70.3 Indian Wells.

    At the time, I had been running/biking for a number of years but lacked insight into how important strength training was in endurance sport, especially for injury prevention.

    I managed to have my entire build towards this event without any injuries and ended up achieving my finishing time goal.

    Following this, I also entered a marathon in Denmark and several trail races in the Sea to Sky where I even managed to land myself on a few podiums.
